Classic 90 = 90 minute class, with 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises, in heated room. Most poses done twice
Interactive = Same as Classic 90 but instructor may practice with you while teaching
Hot 60 = 60 minute class, with 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises, in heated room. Most poses done twice, some done once
Hot Pilates = 60 minute Inferno Hot Pilates
Lori 60 = Light Intermediate, 60+ minutes, 26 poses and 20 more, most poses done once. Great for stretching!

CLASS GUIDELINES

  • All new students must arrive 20 minutes early to register
  • Arrive early, the door locks when class starts
  • Come with an empty stomach (don't eat 2 hours prior to class)
  • Bring a yoga mat, large towel and water
  • Wear athletic tanks, shorts or bathing suits
  • Free parking
  • No cologne or perfume AND No cell-phones or pagers please
  • No reservations needed, come to any class
  • Drink plenty of water the day before class
